In my roles as a business analyst, I have maintained and documented system and business procedures, ensuring that process owners and users adhere to known policies and best practices. I have conducted regular reviews and evaluations of functional specifications to assess their impact on existing processes and procedures. Additionally, I have provided training and facilitated process handoffs to ensure that newly released functionality is effectively utilized by the business areas.
