In my role as a Project Manager at Sererra I managed the implementation of software for all clients. During one project there was a late need discovered to integrate book sales within an event registration process which caused changes in the business requirements and project priorities. I effectively adapted to these changes by revising the project plan and coordinating with the development team to move efforts to the new functionality, ensuring seamless communication with senior management. My ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities contributed to the successful implementation of the project.
