In my previous role at Insight Investments, LLC, I provided functional support for financial and marketing applications such as Leasewave, Great Plains, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. I identified and documented business needs, objectives, and operational procedures. I also collaborated with internal and external partners to design and enhance applications and infrastructure that supported business processes.
