I have managed offshore developers as well as in-house programming staff in previous roles, for example, the entire offshore programming team at Sererra. I have maintained regular communication with team members by having frequent meetings via MS Teams and RingCentral. I have also provided support and hands-on training to team members, utilizing best practices documentation I authored.
