Can you explain your experience in managing a team or mentoring others?

In my previous roles, I have managed teams and mentored others. For example, at Sererra, I mentored business analysts, project leads, and consultants throughout each project life cycle. I have also managed offshore developers as well as in-house programming staff. I utilize my experience of two decades in software development in these efforts.
