In my role as a Business Systems Analyst, I understand that changes or updates to project requirements are inevitable. I approach these changes with flexibility and adaptability. I engage with stakeholders to understand the reasons behind the changes and assess their impact on the project timeline and resources. I then work with the project team to adjust plans and priorities accordingly.
